Independent testing principles

Every participant receives the same basic conditions. We agree the technical scope before account activation, while the final result remains entirely with the author.

1

We verify the publication

We check the public profile of the editor, author or research project and the planned scope of coverage.

2

We agree the scenario

We select the service, period and test data. A demo account should never contain production data or another customer's data.

3

We provide the account

The team creates an isolated demo account only after agreeing the test. The public form never provisions an account automatically.

4

The author measures

A test should include multiple runs, times of day, devices and cache states, not one selected best result.

5

We clarify facts

We answer technical questions and may identify a factual error. We do not change the author's conclusions or rating.

6

The publication discloses terms

The author states that the account was provided free of charge, gives the test date and links to current source material.

A repeatable methodology

We do not impose a tool or final scoring scale. We do require the conditions, number of runs and dates to be documented so readers can assess the quality of the measurement.

The Hostilla.pl factsheet contains operator data, infrastructure, services and current price sources.

  • At least 14 days and several measurements at different times.
  • Separate mobile and desktop results, with cold and warm cache.
  • TTFB, FCP, LCP, CLS, availability and response times.
  • A real backup and restore attempt for a file or test site.
  • Mail setup and deliverability if included in the scenario.
  • A support request with the question, channel and response time documented.
  • Purchase price, renewal price, billing period, VAT and verification date.
  • Software versions, resource limits and functions actually available in the panel.

An external historical speed and usability measurement. The 2017 results do not describe the current website and are not used as a current benchmark.

Important: inclusion in this register does not mean endorsement. Historical reviews and measurements do not automatically describe today's service. They are shown so authors can check the history and perform a current test.

Verification does not guarantee an account. Priority is given to coverage with a transparent methodology and a public result.

Questions about the test programme

Who can receive a demo account?

Editors, authors of public comparisons, technical researchers and partners preparing factual hosting coverage may apply.

Does Hostilla.pl require a positive review?

No. We ask for transparent disclosure of the test conditions and an opportunity to correct factual errors, but we do not approve the rating.

How long does a test take?

We normally prepare an account for 30 days and recommend at least 14 days of regular measurements. Another period can be agreed before the test.

What should be measured?

Performance, availability, support, backup, mail, security, plan functions, and purchase and renewal costs.

Must the publication link to Hostilla.pl?

No. A link to the tested offer helps readers verify current data, but it is not a condition of access or the result.

Does Hostilla.pl approve the article before publication?

No. The author retains editorial independence. We may answer questions and identify facts that need verification.
