Quick help by problem

E-mail and message deliverability

Is a message missing, going to spam or is the mail client rejecting the password? Separate mailbox configuration from delivery to the recipient server.

Start with the symptom

Open the closest question. Each answer gives the first diagnostic step and a direct route to a tool or detailed guide.

1. How can I check why e-mail is not delivered?

Run the mail-domain checker and verify MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. For a specific message provide sender, recipient, send time and the full SMTP response. Acceptance by the recipient server does not mean the message was read.

2. Why do messages go to spam?

Check domain authentication, reputation, content, attachments and sending method. Do not send bulk mail from an ordinary mailbox. SPF, DKIM and DMARC help a recipient identify an authorized server, but do not replace a good reputation and a clean mailing list.

3. How do I configure Outlook, a phone or Thunderbird?

The login is the full e-mail address and the password is the mailbox password. Prefer encrypted IMAP and authenticated SMTP. Get exact server names and ports from the cPanel or webmail autoconfiguration tool.
