The page works over HTTPS but loads some images, scripts or stylesheets over HTTP. Change resource addresses in the application and database, clear caches and only then enforce the HTTPS redirect.

Stop failed login attempts and correct saved passwords in applications. Check your public IP address and the invisible captcha. If the block remains, report the IP, service, time and error message to technical support.
